To let go does not mean to stop caring,
it means I can't do it for someone else.
To let go is not to cut myself off,
it's the realization I can't control another.
To let go is not to enable,
but allow learning from natural consequences.
To let go is to admit powerlessness, which means
the outcome is not in my hands.
To let go is not to try to change or blame another,
it's to make the most of myself.
To let go is not to care for,
but to care about.
To let go is not to fix,
but to be supportive.
To let go is not to judge,
but to allow another to be a human being.
To let go is not to be in the middle arranging all the outcomes,
but to allow others to affect their destinies.
To let go is not to be protective,
it's to permit another to face reality.
To let go is not to deny,
but to accept.
To let go is not to nag, scold or argue,
but instead to search out my own shortcomings and correct them.
To let go is not to adjust everything to my desires,
but to take each day as it comes and cherish myself in it.
To let go is not to criticize or regulate anybody,
but to try to become what I dream I can be.
To let go is not to regret the past,
but to grow and live for the future.
To let go is to fear less and love more
Remember: The time to love is short

The Kaleidoscope of Life
Dear Mr X,
I realize is that we can never change another person.
Happiness is a choice, If you are unhappy and starts verbalizing how unhappy you are, I have to tell you that I'm sorry you has chosen to keep things in the past hurting the present but that I'm through with letting the past which get me down.
I'm happy and moving forward and that if you wants to stay miserable that is your choice but I'm not buying it.
I have done my best in this relationships, If you wants to talk and work things out, I'm open to working things out but that if you starts bringing up the past and holding grudges again..
I'm sorry to said you has the traits to hold grudges and hang on to the past which brings no where.
There are no point to keep holding on to the past..If you love me, we shall move on without
bringing up about the past...whos is right or whos is wrong etc..

The Kaleidoscope of Life
“You can shed tears that he is gone,
or you can smile because he has lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that he'll come back,
or you can open your eyes and see all he's left.
Your heart can be empty because you can't see him,
or you can be full of the love you shared.
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember him only that he is gone,
or you can cherish his memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back.
Or you can do what he'd want:smile, open your eyes, love and go on.”
David Harkins quotes (British Poet and Painter b.1958)
“Yes I love him.
I love him more than anything else in this world
There is nothing that I would like better than to hold on to him forever.
But I know it's not for the best.
So no matter how much my heart is going to break,
I've got to let him go so he can know just how much I love him.
Maybe if I'm lucky, he'll come back, but if not, I can make it through this.”

Letting go
The Kaleidoscope of Life
In life, there's many things that we have to learn to let go. We have to let go of situations, things, memories, people and even ourselves.
It's easy to form an attachment to people and things. When you've formed an attachment to people and things, it can be a very painful experience and feeling when you realized that it's time to let go. Even the mere thought of not having that person or thing in your life just squeezes your heart in pain.
However, there are times where you or that person has changed to the extent that it's necessary to let go of the relationship or friendship, so that each of you can fulfill your life path.
Letting go of your past and memories are also extremely hard.
Even though old memories can be tormenting, yet you might hold on to the past and refuse to move forward. However, by refusing to let go of the painful past, it'll serve as a roadblock to love.
Letting go of your old self and the process of letting the new you emerge can be one of the scariest experiences in your life. But by leaving behind your old self and taking a leap of faith into the unknown, it might just reveal what you are truly capable of becoming.
*I'm going through it now....
Everything happens for a reason. What's sad is that we have to suffer for it.
But know that the pain will end soon and it was for the best.
Loving someone is setting them free, letting them go.-- Kate Winslet

My Sassy Boy.....

Time passed...it has been a while we didnt speak to each other..
I realise no matter how..
*I need to move on.....
Among all, i consider him as 'My Sassy Boyfriend'.....
*The memories we used to had,
will stay in my heart....
I realise no matter how..
*I need to move on.....
Among all, i consider him as 'My Sassy Boyfriend'.....
*The memories we used to had,
will stay in my heart....
and i do miss u, i just taught we were meant to be
i guess now we were never know
the only thing i want now is you to be happy
whether to be with me or without me....
i just want you to be happy....

"Love is the condition in which the happiness of another
person is essential to your own" ~Robert Heinlein.
“Spiteful words can hurt your feelings but silence breaks your heart.”
“Love comes to those who still hope even though they've been disappointed, to those who still believe even though they've been betrayed, to those who still love even though they've been hurt before.”
“Happiness lies for those who cry, those who hurt, those who have searched, and those who have tried for only they can appreciate the importance of people who have touched their lives.”

Cause and Effect
Browse through an interesting article about cause and effect in life.
I realise it is very meaningful..
*****
As we go about our daily lives, in every single moment, we make causes in the things that we think and say and do. The existence of a law of cause and effect which explains that when we make a cause, the anticipated effect of that cause is stored deep in our lives, and when the right circumstances appear then we experience the effect.
We see that the events of our life are the results of causes. We recognize that what happens to us each day is not based on random, irrational fates. Rather, our thoughts, attitudes, words, and actions most significantly cause and influence our personal experiences of life. While some events in our life remain perplexing and inexplicable, more often than not we can understand why other people and life in general treat us the way they do. We gain the insight which enables us to examine our good experiences and create (cause) more of them.
Further, we stop ignoring our bad experiences if we are truly awakening. Whenever something painful or otherwise negative happens to us, we seek an insight about what caused such an unpleasant effect. Then, in our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions, we strive to cause a preferred effect, a more satisfying and ideal result.
We notice the good we do for people, or for the world in general, comes back to us in kind — not necessarily directly from the people we helped but by some perceptible means our "good returns good" to us.
We see harm, or evil — either in thought, feeling, word, or action — often comes back to its originator.

I fell in love with the 'cucumber & apple tea' served @Aileen's -Gourmet Cafe. Can't wait to have it again...kinda miss the garlic fried rice served at her place. It is really good!
yet,the food is tasty..puts out consistently good skewers
Well...sometimes,
I just love how food triggers memory and vice versa..... :)
